Holiday House “NEVEN” is located in village Zaovine on Tara mountain, near small lake Spajici and just 1km from big lake Zaovine, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Serbia. Our holiday house has living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and two balcony’s. One room is with king size bed and other room is with two classic beds which also has balcony view. In living room there is sofa bed. There are 5 small lakes in Zaovine and they all have super clean water with different fish.

Our house is older than 100 years,and we try to keep like that. Made from natural materials,with soul of traditional Serbian farm house. Our farm is good for people who want to take a break from busy life and enjoy in beautiful nature and peaceful area. Near our house you can have nice hiking through the woods and up to hills,around 1000 m high.We like to host people who don't need luxury apartments, fancy environment or even TV. We like to have natura lovers and friendly people with us.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Zlatibor. Parking, use of the outdoor pool, Spa centar, are included in the price. Spa center has; indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath. There is also a restaurant in the facility where guests can extra pay for breakfast and dinner. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing food. Change of towels, bed linen and additional toiletries are at the guest's request and are not charged additionally. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Wooden House ŠUŠKA 1 is a perfect place to relax and forget about your worries. It is totally new and made of natural materials: wood and stone, that gives it a special charm. On the first floor it has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking view on the mountains. Upstairs 4 small bedrooms are situated. It has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. It is a mixture of comfort and tradition.

The cottage is built with natural materials, following sustainable principles, and is part of a traditional rural household, close to homemade food and farm animals. There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
