Holiday rentals with a patio in Zlín Region

We discovered the place for the last moment and almost by accident, but we are very happy for it. The apartment was cozy, clean, and with everything one can think of, including the supply of coffee. The handover of the apartment and all communication was absolutely perfect. Every day of vacation, we enjoyed the location of the apartment right in the center of the colonnade. And if we wanted more peace of mind, we used the beautiful patio, where we could also pick fresh herbs. In addition, the terrace has an amazing view of the greenery. Unfortunately, there is a road between the colonnade and the forest, which was quite busy, probably because there was a by-pass route through Luhačovice, so the peace was not 100%. But other than that, the host thought of all the details, and we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the amazing place. Thank you!

Great accommodation right in the center of Zlín with private parking. Clean and well-equipped apartment, there is not much to complain about. We had a great stay. (This is an older building, so there are creaky floors in some places, but nothing that would be a major issue. Currently, there are also new windows in the apartment, so the noise from the busy main street is almost eliminated. The entrance is from the courtyard behind the gate, so you have to go around the block of houses, but it's not far.) The hostess was active and very pleasant, we would definitely come again.

Beautiful accommodation not far from the colonnade. We loved Ivy's apartment. Newly renovated, all within reach. Hopefully you just need to keep in mind that this is still a loft, so it's also warm in the summer at tropical temperatures. No problem parking behind a lockable gate.

Solitude at Květa's is a great place we spent the weekend. The environment is very beautiful and peaceful, the cottage is clean and cozy. There's also a sauna, and that was a big plus for us. We were delighted that there was wood in the fireplaces. Thank you and we definitely recommend the place. PS: In the winter months, definitely don't underestimate the situation, and take the winter chains - as the hosts recommend it. The hill for the cottage is quite steep :)

The place is so so lovely! But I went for a barbecue.... I couldn't use it because I didn't know how to use the barbecue machine... The host didn't hear from me!!

Comfortable living, beautifully tidy with nice outdoor seating in a quiet location near the Zoo and a few minutes to the center.

Teodor was one of the best hosts I have ever had! He was very responsive and flexible. Our train ended up being in the am and we asked if we could check in early and he said no problem! Anytime I had a question he was responding within seconds if not a couple minutes. My parents loved the sunroom! They’ve even decided to build one onto their own home because of it lol The place was very homey. Getting there as an American was a bit difficult wo a car from the train station. To get to the house the walk is uphill or you can get a taxi, which we ended up doing. Just had to ask a local to help us get that done! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Czech! Thanks for having us!

The place is beautifully located in the hills, wherever you look, you can see the green nature. The house was like the pictures, communication with Petr was easy and efficient. She was flexible with check-in and checkout. Everything was great, I can only recommend it.

Thank you for providing accommodation. At the front desk, which is about a 10-minute walk from the property, the concierge will give you instructions on where to find the place. Everything was according to our expectations, including a clean, quiet suite and the opportunity to go to a restaurant or store near the stay. A big plus is the Obeciny stop, which is about 50 meters from the accommodation. I can only recommend.

Ideal accommodation for families, right in the historic center of Kroměříž, entrance to the castle garden just opposite. Everything is available nearby. Great communication with the owner, perfect accommodation.

Viktor is a wonderful and helpful host. The home is roomy and quite, very comfortable. Private yard with room for kids to roam. Everything you could need to feel at home. We will be back!
