Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Zmijavci

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

Fantastic nice place, absolutely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All we needed in terms of facilities. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

Zoran and Jelena are excellent hosts. We went out of season during April, so everything in the local vicinity was closed, we had considered not hiring a car, but in the end we hired one on the mainland at the airport as it was a lot cheaper than on the island. We are very glad we did as this meant we could visit all the other places in Hvar. Jelsa was our favourite place. Despite there not being much to do, especially in the second week, when there was a big storm, which meant the solar hot water was a bit cold ( House is off grid) Zoran went out of his way to make us feel welcome, inviting us to a delicious lunch at his home and helping us out when we got a parking ticket in Stari Grad. He and Jelena made the experience something special. Thanks from us all.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable villa. One of the best surprises was the heated pool — we were able to swim even on the cooler days at the beginning of our trip. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning, and while it’s best to drive down to the sea, there are some beautiful beaches nearby. The villa is very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a barbecue, which made our evenings especially cozy as we enjoyed cooking at home. One day, a small issue came up after a strong wind, but Neda arrived quickly and resolved everything — we were truly grateful for her help and kindness. Thank you for a lovely holiday! We hope to return one day.

What a treat it was to stay in Zivka's beautiful getaway cottage. When you are there, the only thing you can hear is the birds singing and the gentle drone of the bumble bees on all the beautiful bushes. The setting is stunning, up in the mountains. We needed somewhere to quietly rest up for a week, and Zivka's house could not have been more perfect. It has a large garden area, with swimming pool, table tennis, boules pitch, beautiful undercover shady eating and relaxing area etc. Everything you could need. The real icing on the cake though, is Zivka herself. What a delightful lady! The best hosting experience we have ever had from an AirBnB rental; she met us on arrival to explain everything, she checked in on line at intervals throughout the week, and when the kettle broke, she appeared with a new one within the hour! In addition she even made us a delicious apple strudel, and gave us a bottle of the local brandy and salamis and cheeses on arrival. So friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Celestinas place was really lovely, so quiet and the views were wonderful, the apartment was really well equipped and everything that was needed was available. The town of Podgora is definitely worth a visit and you are just around the corner from the skywalk. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

small but nice! The location is wonderful - right in the city but quiet. There is everything you need and it was super clean and tidy. I've never been to such a well-equipped Airbnb! Comfortable bed, air conditioning available, a place outside for breakfast. Great recommendation!

We had such a lovely time at Toni’s place! Toni is a great host — super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and cozy, and we really loved staying there. The garden was one of our favorite parts — full of fresh lemon trees and even cute rabbit running around. It felt peaceful and special, like a little escape. The best part? The view of the sea! Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was amazing. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax

We had a most memorable stay at ivor’s place. The price point was incredibly reasonable for what we got. The view and amenities were outstanding. Ivor was always responsive, and when he wasn’t available on site, his mother was very helpful. It was so nice to feel part of the community! It’s such an idyllic village, and it was even more perfect because the huge tourist rush was coming to an end. We can’t say enough good things about the apartment, Ivor and his family, and we’d highly recommend staying with them. Thank you Ivor and family for your kindness and hospitality 😊❤️

The place is spotless and spacious, with three comfortable rooms, each equipped with a double bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher, which made our stay very convenient. Omis itself is a lovely place to stay—a quaint, scenic town with beautiful views. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and charm of the area.

We had a wonderful stay – the apartment was absolutely beautiful and Branka had thought of everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and felt like a real home from home. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a few steps from the door. Having the SUP boards available was such a luxury and made our time by the sea even more enjoyable. We also had lovely neighbours, which really added to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Maroje is a super host, the apartment is great with a very nice view over the lake. If you want Maroje can prepare dinner for you and we were surprised with a delicious Bosnian lunch on arrival. You have your own privacy but can also get in touch with the host and his family and the dogs, goats and donkeys 😊. Ps the internet is also great and there is Netflix 🤗 We had a great time!!
