Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Zmijavci

Tonci's Unterkunft ist ein Hidden Gem. Die Anfahrt ist sehr steil und auf Grund einer Engstelle eher mit Kleinwagen zu empfehlen (wir hatten einen VW Polo und einen Renault Capture gemietet). Die Strapazen lohnen sich jedoch auf jeden Fall! Begrüßt wurden wir gegen 20:30 von Tonci persönlich. Er hatte eine kleine Käse/Wurst-Platte bereitgestellt und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Entgegen der Angabe es gäbe kein warm Wasser gab es doch welches, man musste nur den Boilerschalter umlegen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Oben in dem Bergen ist man ziemlich privat unterwegs. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen gute 60m entfernt. Tonci kam circa alle drei Tage vorbei um den Pool zu warten (Chlortabletten nachfüllen und Wasserstand messen). Während der Pool wieder gefüllt wurde blieb Zeit für Fragen zur Ungebung und kleine Gespräche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und können diese aunterkunft nur empfehlen.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Einfach perfekt!👌 Unsere Woche bei Marina war herrlich und sehr erholsam! Es ist eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, bei der alles da ist, was man braucht… und es ist sogar noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wir haben es genossen rund um den Pool zu entspannen und unser Hund hat es geliebt am Fluss zu spielen. Abends konnte man zu Fuß essen gehen und mit dem Auto war man auch schnell am Strand oder in Split! Marina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Am Ankunftstag hat sie uns mit vielen kroatischen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt, und uns zwischendurch sogar eine selbstgemachte Spezialität vorbei gebracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und eine rundum tolle Zeit! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen – mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Platte, die nicht nur toll aussah, sondern auch richtig lecker war. An einem Abend haben unsere Gastgeber sogar für uns gegrillt und uns mit köstlichen Grillplatten verwöhnt – das war ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und falls doch mal etwas benötigt wurde, haben die Gastgeber es uns sofort und unkompliziert gebracht. Außerdem gab es tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und wertschätzend – man hat sich einfach rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Wunderschönes Steinhaus mit prächtigem Blick übers Meer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas abseits - ein Auto ist deshalb sehr empfehlenswert. Jovana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und reagiert rasch. Grosse Empfehlung!

The hosts were super warm and friendly. The building is situated in a quiet village and has a beautiful vegetable garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts even helped us out with some special requests. There is a small store, and in summer comes a bakery and a vegetable car frequently. We drove 1,5 hours to a beautiful beach. Thanks for the great hospitality! We will be back!

Fantastisk fint sted, levde absolutt opp til forventningene. Nydelig utsikt! Alt vi trengte av fasiliteter. Veldig praktisk med tre soverom + tre bad. Litt irriterende med bjeffing fra hunder i fjernt nabolag, men ingenting som ødela for det gode helhetsinntrykket. Vi kommer gjerne igjen og kan trygt anbefale stedet til andre. Perfekt for familie på 5-6 personer.

Odličan smještaj, na lijepoj lokaciji. Sve je bilo odlično i jednostavno...od pronalaska lokacije, ulaska u smještaj te komunikacije s domaćinom.

If you are looking for paradise: this is it! We loved this House, the atmosphere, the fantastic view, the privacy, beautiful pool and the best pool chairs ever. There is a place to grill on woodfire and the garden is so beautiful and green and with flowers. Every room has it's own bathroom whitch is luxury. We loved every minute, so did our teenage kids, they loved the pingpongtable especially. thank you Lidija is a very nice host. We'll come back!

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Es war einfach traumhaft! Dieses Jahr war es sogar noch schöner – die Bepflanzung rund ums Haus ist noch üppiger geworden und verleiht dem Ganzen eine richtig mediterrane Wohlfühlatmosphäre. 🌿🌸 Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und perfekt gepflegt – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Hinten die Berge, vorne das Meer – ein absoluter Traum! Das einzig „Negative“: Man möchte das Haus gar nicht mehr verlassen, weil es so schön ist 😄 Vielen lieben Dank an die herzliche Gastgeberin Karmen – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊😊

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

Es war wirklich toll bei Josipa und Mirko Mirko. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles und noch viele Extras mehr da, als man gebraucht hat. Die Gegend ist schön und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Absolut toll und nicht touristisch. Die Einheimischen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Urlaub Vielen Dank Josipa und Mirko 🥰

Úžasné pokojné miesto, presne ako je opísané. Ďaleko od turistov, ale blízko ku všetkému čo treba. Do 15min perfektné reštaurácie, krásne malé pláže, obchod pár minút od domu. Ďakujeme za super oddych, určite sa ešte vrátime.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

What a fantastic place and gracious helpful hosts; beautiful apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. We only spent one night there but are already dreaming about a return visit and a longer restful stay - evening wine or a morning coffee on the balcony is a must. Highly recommended.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus auf der Insel Brač verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – ruhig, naturnah und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für unseren vierwöchigen Aufenthalt mit unserer 11 Monate kleinen Tochter gebraucht haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Marijana. Sie war sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich zuverlässig um alle Anliegen gekümmert – man hat sich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Meerblick suchen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We stayed at Milena´s apartment for about a week over new years. The mountains behind the village had snow, yet it was sunny and warm most of the time so we could do extensive hikes and visit nearby towns. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful and Milena just a fantastic host that warned us about road-blocks on our way from Austria to Croatia. Furthermore she gave us really some incredibly nice advice on what to do in the area. All in all we can highly recommend her place :)

Traumhafte Lage und von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht – sogar kleine Gastgeschenke haben uns überrascht. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit, antworten schnell und haben uns tolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Besonders beeindruckend: Sie bauen selbst Gemüse und Kräuter an, die Gäste frei nutzen dürfen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem kleinen Paradies, perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine ca. 1 km lange, nicht asphaltierte Straße, aber der Weg lohnt sich – und uns wurde sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen!

Wir waren insgesamt für 2 Wochen in Biankas Unterkunft und hatten einfach einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Zwar waren die Restaurants und der Markt im Ort noch nicht geöffnet, da wir scheinbar kurz vor Saisonstart dort waren, aber größere Supermärkte waren mit dem Mietwagen schnell erreicht und die Küche in der Unterkunft ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man auch einfach zuhause kochen kann. Eine super Kaffeemaschine gibt es ebenfalls - der Morgenkaffee auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick aufs mehr war unschlagbar. :) Zum Kieselstrand sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bergab geht’s fix, der Rückweg steil bergauf ist dann ein kleines Workout, aber sehr gut machbar. Wir haben über die Zeit mehrere Strandabschnitte genutzt und waren immer alleine. Bianka hat auf sämtliche Fragen blitzschnell und sehr lieb reagiert und zwischendurch auch proaktiv gefragt, ob alles okay ist oder etwas benötigt wird. Insgesamt also 10/10 empfehlenswert! :)
