This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately during the summer of 2024 the beach in front of the apartment and the beach bars will be closed due to renovation works on nearby coastal area. There will be some other beaches available further from the apartment (around 0,5 km away). This is the reason why the prices have been reduced. Cozy two-level apartment (50m2) on the beach Žnjan with the large terrace (30 m2) and view to the islands of Brač and Šolta.

This new apartment is outstanding. It is located on the beach Žnjan only, 30 metres from the sea, has 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea, a beautiful private infinity pool for yourself and a small pool for children with an outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars is reserved and is located in the garage below the apartment. Žnjan is a very attractive location that provides proximity to a large number of beaches which can be reached in just a few minutes walk.

This cosy apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Split, right next to the city’s largest beach called Žnjan and a recreational hub with sports courts, promenades and restaurants. Ivan went above and beyond by meeting us at check-in, show us where to park and help us carry our lugging down the many steps (great daily workout!) The location and views of the house are stunning. The direct access to the beach and use of paddle board were a great way for the kids to stay busy, as were the pool & jacuzzi! We had a great time - very relaxing. Nice restaurants at a 10-15 min drive. Kitchen was fully stocked, showers had shampoo, bathroom paper etc.. We were able to relax right of the bet before having to get to a supermarket:) Great place to stay!

There were three of us in Diana's apartment and we had a very nice time. The swimming coves were within walking distance. There is still a lot of construction around right now. Otherwise, there was nothing missing in the apartment. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Thank you for this.

Great apartment, right by the beach. We only stayed for 2 nights, but really enjoyed our stay. There’s quite a lot of construction work going on at the minute with the development of Zanjan City Beach. This was communicated to us prior to our stay and didn’t really cause any issues. The beach area will be stunning once it’s completed with children’s play parks, aqua park and lovely beachside walks connecting it towards Split Marina and centre. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance and restaurants within about 20 minutes walk. Marko met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He was really friendly and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. We managed to go to one and it was superb. Parking was a little tricky as there isn’t a designated space, but there is on street parking close by and we managed to find a space no problem. All in all, we loved our trip to Croatia and would definitely stay here again.

Epetium Beach Villa with Private Pool

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Marija was welcoming and friendly. Her beautiful beachside apartment was perfect for my stay. The apartment was modern and matches the pictures well. I will return 😍
