Apartment is completely renovated and is close to the beach and downtown. It is cca 12 mins far from the shops, restaurants, nightlife and public transport. In front of the apartment there is a big beautiful terrace. Place is very pleasant and pretty quiet. You’ll love it because of the people, the outdoor space and location. Place is great for couples, serious people and single travelers who want good value for money. There is an option of extra services (transport, excursions, breakfast,...)

This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately during the summer of 2024 the beach in front of the apartment and the beach bars will be closed due to renovation works on nearby coastal area. There will be some other beaches available further from the apartment (around 0,5 km away). This is the reason why the prices have been reduced. Cozy two-level apartment (50m2) on the beach Žnjan with the large terrace (30 m2) and view to the islands of Brač and Šolta.

This new apartment is outstanding. It is located on the beach Žnjan only, 30 metres from the sea, has 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea, a beautiful private infinity pool for yourself and a small pool for children with an outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars is reserved and is located in the garage below the apartment. Žnjan is a very attractive location that provides proximity to a large number of beaches which can be reached in just a few minutes walk.

Great place-highly recommend if you want something of the beaten track away from the city. Peaceful and clean. Great coffee next door that will have breakfast soon and the bread in the local shop is very nice!

Ivan went above and beyond by meeting us at check-in, show us where to park and help us carry our lugging down the many steps (great daily workout!) The location and views of the house are stunning. The direct access to the beach and use of paddle board were a great way for the kids to stay busy, as were the pool & jacuzzi! We had a great time - very relaxing. Nice restaurants at a 10-15 min drive. Kitchen was fully stocked, showers had shampoo, bathroom paper etc.. We were able to relax right of the bet before having to get to a supermarket:) Great place to stay!

There were three of us in Diana's apartment and we had a very nice time. The swimming coves were within walking distance. There is still a lot of construction around right now. Otherwise, there was nothing missing in the apartment. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Thank you for this.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Spent 3 weeks in Croatia, 2 of them at this spectacular apartment,deck is 10 star, exactly as the photos. Katija is outstanding, checking on us ensuring we are good throughout our stay even dropping off surprise treats, clean bed linen. On arrival fridge stocked with starter supplies. Water cooler so no lugging water from the grocery store and 2 are very walkable, plodine up the road and STUDENAC just below with plenty of options.Plodine offers great hot food to relax and eat on the terrace. The location is outside of old town, uber was best taking less then 10 minutes right to palace area for 5.50 to 7 euros. At first we thought we were too far out however getting out of the craziness and returning to our sanctuary was perfect for us.Zanje beach is walkable, promenade/amenity construction almost done and this will be spectacular.Very few restaurants near so anticipate uber to restaurants and surrounding areas. For morning coffee only a short walk to Gools below! 100% recommend
