Cozy department in the heart of Leipzig. It is located 7min away from the city center by bike or tram (the station of Sudplatz os right next to the house). Even though it is locates right next to the main social street in Leipzig, „Karli“, the apartment is very quiet and calm because of the modern installation of the windows. The apartment habe a bathroom, a bedroom with a double size bed, a fully equiped kitchen and a living room with a bed sofa and a TV (in total 50 squared meters).

The apartment is located in a beautiful street. Opposite is the Elsapark. The courtyard has a kitchen and balcony. There are 2 rooms. A living room or bedroom and a quiet study with dining table and couch (sofa bed). This could be designed variably (double bed mattress) The apartment is also close to the Rabet Park and on Eisenbahnstrasse. There are international foods and bistros and nice cafes and bars. The apartment is 5 minutes by bike from the main train station.

Villa Romahn - Attic floor

The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn. He lived in them with his family and employees. In the GDR, it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated residential building and rent out the two apartments on the upper floor and attic. We are pleased to welcome you at our green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of the city center of Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes away from the center of Leipzig.

Pretty old apartment in the attic. Located directly in the lively Plagwitz. There are many small pubs and galleries just around the corner and the canal and the canal is not far either. The Clarapark is within walking distance, the city center and Lake Kulkwitz are easily accessible by train. The apartment can also be used by three people.
