It was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach feels like it is fingertips away. The hosts assistant was also super helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

A Five-Star Gem in Goa! This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The house is spacious, set amidst a lush garden with fruit orchards and surrounded by serene natural beauty—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. A special thanks to our wonderful host, Daryl, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Also, heartfelt gratitude to Salina ji, the caretaker, for making our stay so comfortable and smooth. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Goa. Erlick's place is just what one needs if they want to get away from the crowded touristy Goa. Situated in a serene village in Quepem, this grand mansion takes one back to the days when Goa was a Portugese colony. I needed to get away from Bombay, even if for a weekend and ended up booking Erlick's place a little whimsically, to be honest. But what I got in return blew my mind. Especially the long conversation with Erlick in his grand balcony will make it to my most treasured travel memories. Erlick is so kind and thoughtful that he not only invited me to join him for dinner (don't miss the delectable pork vindaloo made by his staff when they are around) but also changed his schedule to drop me back to the station. I've found my home in Goa and can't wait to be back!

Loved everything about the place, except the locality.

I was totally impressed with the stay as the experience was way too above and beyond my expectations. There wasn't a single instance of any disruption with any of the services during my two day stay here. Infact, my check-in was at 2pm and I had reached Madgaon from Kerala at 8am. I talked to Esmenia and explained that I was traveling with my daughter and if she could do something about my 5hrs wait before check-in. To my surprise, Esmenia was kind hearted and told me to reach the venue by then she would get another similar config room ready. This helped me and my daughter who were already exhausted by then. They have a lovely terrace, beautiful balcony and lot of space for parking. The neighborhood is a quiet village of a true goan cultural experience. lot of options to eat and roam around if you have a mode of conveyance. Thank You Bablu the caretaker, Joshua and Esmenia for making our stay a memorable one. We'll be planning a family trip soon.
