Newly renovated in 2026, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a modern and comfortable living space in a convenient location. The apartment features a separate bedroom, bright living area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to feel at home. With brand-new furniture, floor heating, blackout blinds, and WiFi, the space is designed for comfort and practicality. The building also has an elevator, and parking is available on request for 15chf per night.

The apartment with separate entrance belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the route Zug-Ägeri (directly at the bus stop Spinnerei). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Equipment: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, enough dishes and pans available.

It is nestled in a stylish estate with barns and houses of a former farm. On foot you can reach the train station in 7 minutes, where you are in Zug in 10 minutes by train and in 35 minutes in Zurich and Lucerne. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Give it a try!

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.
