Welcome to my charming detached house on the outskirts of Rotterdam – with a huge green garden and cozy interior. This lovely home is located just a stone’s throw from the Zevenhuizerplas (5 minutes by bike / 20 minutes on foot) and offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity of the cheese town of Gouda and Rotterdam (30 minutes by public transportation, 17 minutes by car). The house has been furnished with great care and attention to detail by myself, an architect, giving each room a sense of calm and harmony.

Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Welcome to our family home with lots of space and 4 bedrooms (a total of 7 sleeping accommodations plus possibly 2 separate mattresses on the floor) You can park at the door and is free. The house is close to a small shopping center and beach with boulevard, where all kinds of restaurants are located. Next to the beach there are all kinds of recreational opportunities. The metro is also nearby, with which you can reach the city center of Rotterdam within half an hour. Around the Zevenhuizerplas is a nature reserve where you can bike, skate and walk.

Cottage 144

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Our lovely Cottage is located in the middle of the polder in a quiet park. The thatched cottage is located almost at the end of 1 of the access paths and is therefore really wonderfully quietly situated! The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy, but due to the open character you do not feel trapped. Go out during the day, hike, bike, visit Gouda, and at the end of the day have a drink on your own terrace by the water.

In the middle of the nature reserve of the Eendragtspolder, you will find this stylish and centrally located location. Rotterdam, The Hague and Gouda can be reached within 20 minutes. Nearby are several cultural highlights, such as the Molenviergang on the Rottemeren. There are various recreational opportunities, such as hiking and biking in the adjacent nature reserve, boating on the Rotte and swimming in the Zevenhuizerplas. In short, a location where you can be active and unwind!

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Wonderful cottage in old village center Moordrecht

Want to stay centrally in an apartment in the old village center of Moordrecht? Cycling through the lowest polders of the Netherlands or by ferry to an empty hinterland? Within 20 minutes of cycling, a cup of coffee on the Grote Markt of Gouda? In 20 minutes by train from Gouda to Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht and in 45 minutes to Amsterdam: Moordrecht=central! This small but nice home is suitable both as a vacation home and to stay for a slightly longer period (max 3 months).

Welcome to our cozy vacation home in the middle of the greenery. The house has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed with a crib; the other bedroom has two single beds. The beautiful open kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy long meals. The large garden has several fruit trees and a nice terrace where you can relax. There are two bikes available. In fifteen minutes, you are in the city of Gouda. We will be happy to tell you more about the sights.
