My vacation home is located in the climatic health resort of Bärnkopf, a small place in the middle of the Weinsberg Forest at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The sun shines here very often while the fog hangs in the valley and the nights are starry. There is a good infrastructure - a shop, a tavern, many hiking trails, a swimming pond and in winter an extensive cross-country ski trail network. In the immediate vicinity you will also find Rappottenstein Castle, the Arbesbach Bear Forest, the Ysper Gorge and of course a lot of untouched nature.

Great living room, dining kitchen, great balcony and a small garden. A parking place at the property is available free of charge. The location convinces! A great starting point for walking and visiting Heurigen.

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!
