We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. A house on the edge of the Roztocze National Park forest, where time passes more slowly. The house is prepared for a comfortable stay of 12 people. But if necessary, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under the age of 3. The property is air-conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a place for a bonfire, a playground, a mega sun lounger, a sunny terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. Two cottages have a jacuzzi for exclusive use, reservation on request The view from the terrace allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature every morning, and the evening sunsets remain unforgettable Roztocze is a picturesque and diverse place with unique nature on a European scale. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

#3 Apitherapy in Roztocze - Holiday cottage

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Feel free to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrz. The neighborhood is very quiet, but nearby there is no shortage of attractions such as very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with a beach, canoeing From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the river Wieprz, which flows directly by the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, such as deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest in the distance of 100 m.

JABZÓWKA habitat

Siedlisko Jabzówka is a seventy-year-old wooden cottage located in the picturesque village of Turzyniec, 4 kilometers from Zwierzyniec. Surrounded by Roztocze forests, the village captivates with loess gorges, the Wieprz river valley and beautiful expanses of still-cultivated fields. The cottage has been renovated with the utmost care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate is provided by walls covered with traditional clay plaster, wooden floors and rustic wooden windows.

Roztocze Cottage

Roztoczańska Chatka is a place where you can really slow down – it smells of the forest, birds are singing all around, and you can often see squirrels from the terrace. The cottage is located near Zwierzyniec, and the surrounding trees give privacy and comfort. It's the perfect place for a leisurely rest for families with children and for those who don't like to be separated from their pets. One cottage on a fenced property. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but Szczebrzeszyn, Zwierzyniec and Nielisz are also close.

The Turqoise Apartment is part of the Apartments in Roztocze, built in 2021 in a new apartment building in the Old Town of Zamość. The apartment is a great base for exploring Roztocze, and our region offers many opportunities for recreation - also for active ones.
