The loft has hotel and kitchen essentials, coffee, internet, and tv. Book with confidence: we are the owners, operators, cleaning crew, & next-door neighbors. To reduce allergens and cleaning time, we do not allow animals. We work hard to keep our place nice and expect our guests to do the same, please do not book until you have read all the rules.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet 1 br suite for 1 or 2 this is a perfect choice. Your own space has access to Adirondack chairs, an outside table with 2 chairs, and a beautiful backyard. The suite is on the same grounds as our resident with parking for 1 car including your own separate entrance. We are located in a desirable area on the SE side of Springfield close to retail, restaurants, the Battlefield Mall, Mercy and Cox hospitals, MSU, downtown, and the Wonders of Wildlife/Bass Pro.

Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!
