EC City Central

Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available as well.

Middle Ground

Spacious 4 bedroom home with an eclectic design. Located within 1 mile of Mayo Clinic and less than 2 miles from Marshfield Clinic and Sacred Heart Hospital. 1.2 miles from The Pablo Center as well as many great downtown shops and restaurants. Just a short distance to the local music venues and several hiking, biking trails with nearby parks and waterways. All combined, we feel Middle Ground is a great "basecamp" for whatever you may be looking for, business or pleasure. Happy Trails!

A perfect four bed one bath upper apartment located near the bike trail and with access to all of the downtown amenities . Newly renovated, clean, and cute. This four bedroom unit can sleep six and has plenty of room for your group to enjoy Eau Claire. Two of the bedrooms are on the smaller size and contain twin beds. The other two bedrooms each have full size beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for preparing your meals and snacks.
