Close to public transport, the city center, university and botanical gardens. A 2 min walk to the Cable Car to explore downtown Wellington. Victoria University is 5 mins walk away, while the Botanical Gardens border the property. Self-contained 2 bedroom flat with own bathroom and kitchenette, central heating, free wifi and separate access. Hosts live above. The Garden area has native birds and harbour views. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Self-contained garden escape close to CBD

Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. We welcome you with complementary teas and breakfast supplies. Easy access and extra beds are available for families - and yes, we are family-friendly and can arrange bedding to suit your needs.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio presents an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Although a brief uphill walk is required to reach the studio – the breathtaking views and cosy accommodation awaiting you make the effort well worth undertaking. We may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those operating at the edge of airline allowable luggage weights. 12 minutes to the centre of Wellington. 6 minutes to the ferry terminal, 7 minutes to Westpac Stadium.

The Hidden Gem | tranquility close to town

The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. You can enjoy the relaxing sound of a flowing stream and tranquil bush setting surrounded by mountain bike park and walks yet just 15 minutes from the heart of the city. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well :)
