The farm "Köcken" is a farm of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and you have a great view of a mountain panorama from the property. Because of the many rooms, the large room and the cozy atmosphere it is well suited for families, larger groups and also for pets. The village of Reith offers a natural swimming lake, a circular hiking trail around the village mountain "Reither Kogl" and connection to the ski resort "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal"

Lake Achen is about 10 minutes away by car or by Achensee cable car, which is also easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes (1.3 km) at the Jenbach train station, as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good restaurants and shops nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
