Clean & comfortable home

The place has a gazebo with TV, outdoor sitting areas, two kitchens, a comfy and spacious living room with wall-mounted TV and internet, a separate washroom/CR, a hot and cold shower, two bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage, the other room has a twin-over-double bunk bed + a toddler bed, as well as shelving/wardrobe unit. Lots of greenery. In front is an almost empty lot with mango and other fruit-bearing trees. 15 mins to Ormoc, 10 mins to Albuera.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots and pans , cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker, etc. An SUV with a driver is available for an additional fee. The house is in Alangalang, Leyte, a town far enough from the water in case of bad weather yet close enough to drive to the beaches and resorts. Grocery store is about 10 mins away. On-site house keeper will perform housekeeping duties once a week for 1,000.00php.
