High-ceilinged apartment next to the Madrid country house. At 150 meters you have the Alto de Extremadura metro station and right next to it there is a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, in addition there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, bakery,bank, etc., so you don't lack anything. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Confortable, peacefull and light filled Studio.

Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft. Recently built and all of its contents are brand new. Spacious and modern. The loft has a double bedroom with dressing room suite mode, with a window that fills the space with light. Totally equipped and functional. The dining room is very spacious, it has a sofa bed, like chaislelongue. It has a fully equipped bathroom. Quarto de colada. A separate space for Office. And access to housing is independent.

Lovely studio view Plaza Mayor

With its cozy interior, this studio is enough to make you feel right at home. Being close to the noteworthy sights makes it easy to see the centre of Madrid in a short period of time. The studio isn't the biggest but for a couple visiting for a few days it is more than enough. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder.
