We are offering the following rooms within the house we live in: A large bright, airy, double bedroom with partial sea view and king size bed The 2nd bedroom is a double room with a double bed Private bathroom with bath, walk in shower & heated floor Private lounge with deep velvet sofas & smart TV Your bedrooms & bathroom are on the 1st floor, our bedroom & bathroom are on the top floor. Parking for 1 car on the drive. Breakfast is provided. Pls note the kitchen is not available after 11am.

Unique B&B stay in a 19th century Brighton pub

You could hardly choose a better place to stay in Brighton than one of its oldest pubs! We are a 5 minute walk from Brighton main train station and a 5 minute taxi journey to the city centre. We took over in February 2021 and the rooms were renovated to ensure our guests have a cosy, comfortable stay. You will be staying above the pub, in our home where we live with our daughter and our dog. Your room and bathroom are completely private and there are no shared spaces apart from the staircase

This is my smallest room and has a wall of Disney mugs. It's at the top of the house. There is a shared shower room the floor below and towels and breakfast is included. The room has a double bed, bedside lights, television and a little hanging /storage space. Guests may use the dining room for laptop work or for preparing meals.
