Nestled in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, this cosy flat is perfect for individuals/couples wanting to get away from it all. The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. There are a large selection of lovely walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Goodwood is 20 miles away.

My flat has a great sense of space in a bustling city. 2m walk from Preston park station you can get into town in a few minutes and out if the crowds just as quick. 1 big double attic room and 1 big double Room. Both have double beds. A newly renovated kitchen and big lounge with views across the city. Recently renovated spacious garden that gets sun all day. If you are looking for a hotel, this is not for you. It’s our home so expect a “lived-in” feel. This is not a party flat.
