The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Best location in old town! Beautiful, cozy, comfortable 34 m2 studio apartment just 100 meters from Diocletian palace and the Golden gate. Only a couple minutes walk from bus, train and ferry station, and a 10 minute walk to best beach in Split - Bačvice. 100 meters from farmers market, great bars, clubs, restaurants, galleries and museums. Only 200 meters from Riva - sea promenade. Fully redecorated and refurnished to suit your needs. A lot of paying an also free parking spaces nearby.

Een knus en recent volledig gerenoveerd studio/loft met veel licht, eigen badkamer, keuken/woonkamer +/- 30 meter van de kust. Binnen 1 minuut sta je op de prachtige boulevard en wandel je langs de kust, typische oude stenen huisjes, restaurants met terrassen, winkels en stranden. Split airport is op 5-10 minuten rijden, in Split stad ben je met ongeveer 20 minuten en in Trogir met 10 minuten. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien (Airco aanwezig).
