Just a short 15-minute walk to Sydney's CBD and a 7-minute walk to Kings Cross Station. The famous Opera House is only 30mins scroll away. Some of Sydney's major attractions such as Darling harbour, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi beach, Sydney Fish Market, Rushcutters bay, Wooloomooloo Harbourside, Barangaroo Waterfront and Manly are easily accessible. Public transportations (includes trains, buses, light rail and ferries), Taxis, Uber, GoGet and car rentals are readily available in the immediate vicinity. There are limited free street - parking available after 10pm and before 8am. I highly recommend using public trains/buses/ferry to get around, however, Uber/ Taxify, taxis and GoGet are other options (for Uber use promo: uberTinan37 for first timers and save $5 or for Taxify: HX47Q and you can save $10 on your first ride). Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Our spacious, bright and airy apartment is perched high on the South Bondi end amongst the gum trees. Its the perfect base from which to explore beautiful Bondi Beach, local cafes , bars and restaurants with the stunning coastline via the ocean footpath walk minutes away. Spectacular Sydney Harbour is a 15 minute walk away with access to the CBD a short and stunning Ferry ride away! All this and more is so close and easily accessible. Inside it is light and bright! Fresh paint, new carpet and 2 very comfortable queen sized beds plus a very comfortable queen sofa bed located in the lounge room. We also provide a privacy screen to turn the large living area into another bedroom and still have a living area. Our garden is very appealing with BBQ, ping pong table and comfortable garden furniture. ***FAST FREE WiFi*** Five minute stroll to Bondi Beach, ocean pool, cliff walks, shops and cafés. Located in a beautiful, quiet tree lined street. No access limits. The flat is self contained, private accommodation with your own private entrance and garden. The wheel chair access is quite good and there is a half step into the apartment and 1 step out into the yard. We have a disability chair to make showering easy on the outside of our shower/bath. You will be very happy in our apartment. We are very happy to help you settle in as required. We can offer advice on where to go for the best restaurants, shopping or kids parks! We live in the house above and will be happy to assist with local knowledge to make your stay enjoyable. Our neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by beautiful Australian Flora & Fauna. We are so close to both famous coastal beaches and harbour walks & a large selection of cafes & restaurants. Catch a Ferry into the city from Rose Bay Wharf ( 5 min drive) for the best view of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the water. Francis Street has great access to public transport as Bondi Road is only 2 blocks away. All public bus transport to the city is via Bondi Road. If you drive, parking can be a problem in Bondi as there is a two hour parking limit in Francis Street and many surrounding streets during the daytime. So this means you must be careful not to get fined. Please always check parking signage, there is unlimited (All Day) parking a few streets up towards Bondi Rd. You are safe to park at night from 8pm till 10am sharp the next morning, this means you will not be fined between those hours. There is also a website called Parkhound if you want to secure a parking spot. Housekeeping... There is No smoking, candles, incense or any naked flames allowed in our apartment. We have a clothes washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience but if the sun shines please save our environment and use the portable clothes lines provided for drying. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to all guests arrival, with fresh bath towels, beach towels and bed linen. Please contact us if you wish to use the Sofa bed for any last minute added guests as we need to make up the bed with all our sheets and mattress protectors for hygiene reasons. Each 5th or 6th guest is $50 per person, per night. If your booking is for 4 guests or less and you want to use the sofa bed as a bed, then it will just be a flat rate of $50 for linen. We thank you for your honesty regarding usage of our sofa bed and for using the correct bed linen for hygiene. Should you wish a cleaning service during your stay we can book our cleaner for you. Please advise this requirement at time of booking if possible please and note a $180 fee for a full clean and linen change will apply and is payable in cash. Regarding gatherings we prefer small groups with a maximum of 10 seats provided for indoor outdoor dining. Also there is to be no commercial filming unless permission and an added fee for using our location is negotiated. This includes YouTube & Instagram posts for personal promotion.

Sophisticated, Boutique Pop Art Inspired Apartment

Upon entry, you are greeted with a light and open hall. Lined with classic, print from some of Hollywood’s greatest productions, you are lead into the main communal area. If you're tired of exploring the city or after a long day at the office, then why not just kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa that greats you. The lounge area includes the aforementioned sofa to unwind on as well as relaxing executive chair that can be extended into a single sofa bed and an impressive Samsung smartTV which will allow you to access all your on-demand content such as Netflix, stan and SBS to name a few (no discrimination to those not listed). Wifi is obviously provided and this includes unlimited data. We all have to eat and on that topic, you will be happy to find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would expect from an apartment of this quality. An integrated gas hob with electric oven and dishwasher are only the start. Coffee machine to help raise you on a morning, stainless appliances, microwave, toaster, rice cooker you have it all, including complete cooking utensils and if you arrive late on the first day we have stocked the cupboards with basics and also provided organic bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice to make that 1st breakfast a little less stressful. Did I mention those stunning Andy Warhol Chanel prints? The lounge area flows into a spacious Sun Room that you will find divided into 2 spaces a dining area with a large oak table that can comfortably seat 4 and a dedicated workspace. The workspace is readily prepared with an additional monitor (HDMI, DVI & VGA) USB keyboard and mouse, printer and I’ve even included some paper experience has shown a printer is useless without this. Back down the hall and the first door takes you into the spacious Bathroom, pristine white fixtures and a large waterfall showerhead. Fresh towels as well as complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided and should you need there are additional towels located in the large wardrobe located in the bedroom. The bathroom also houses the laundry area with both separate dryer and washer, washing powder can be located under the bathroom sink. The final room is the master suite complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed topped with crisp cotton linen, through and cushions. The room is illuminated by an elegant glass chandelier from the ceiling and 2 vintage style squirrel cage bedside lamps. Ample storage is provided in the form of an oversized built-in wardrobe hidden behind 2 floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors, hangers are provided so no need to worry about creased clothing and you will also find an iron and ironing board in the right-hand wardrobe. The opposite side of the room has a dark wood 3 drawer dresser with a large illuminated mirror above. There is a hairdryer located in the bottom drawer should you have by accident left your at home, I decided to include this little touch after falling for that mistake myself. Conclusion: The apartment is equipped with anything you might need (and more) to make sure your stay a pleasurable and enjoyable experience, anything missing then like any hospitable host I will do my best to assist 😊 You have the entire apartment to your self to enjoy, make yourself at home 🏡 I make every effort to greet guests on arrival, I don’t want you to have any questions unanswered or feel in the dark. During your stay, I am generally in town and just in the next suburb over so if you need anything I can (and will!) usually sort you out quick smart. The flat is in the Stanmore neighbourhood, four miles from the CBD. It's close to independent cafes serving fresh coffee, Italian food with an Australian twist (Norton Street), and the Camperdown Oval. It's only 15 minutes to the Opera House. The Apartment has excellent public transport links and street parking is a plenty and unrestricted. This is a new listing and offered at an introductory price I hope your stay is everying you would hope for...

Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.
