St Kilda Apartments 2 BR Fresh Vibrant Warm

An entire apartment to yourself situated on one of the main arteries of Dunedins heart making it easy to access many areas of Dunedin without the chaotic city traffic. Close to the beach and supermarkets and a bus stop across the road leaving for town every 30 min. This is usually my home but you will get professional service from a former housekeeper. Separate linen, bedding, cups, cleaning schedules as well as anything in the kitchen for use. Milk, cereal, coffee and spreads always.

Nau mai, haere mai - Welcome! Relax and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home has a rural outlook with only sheep and cows for neighbours, yet it's only a stone’s throw from the city centre. The space is surrounded by mature rhododendrons, magnolia and native trees which attract abundant birdlife. The Airbnb is a guest wing with its own private entrance. The space has a private bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms, and an office/lounge. Pets are welcome!

Your private suite is separate from the rest of the house, with a digital lock entrance. Walk to the beach, St Clair esplanade cafes and hot salt water pool. 10 mins by car to the CBD. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.
