Country cozy cottage with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, we call it the Tea House. It’s a beautifully simple, cozy, and rustic detached studio apartment, with fast wifi, just 9 blocks from UO. Along with it’s own off-street parking space and a fenced yard, it’s furnished with a queen bed, a closet, a desk, rain shower head, and a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and two-top electric hot plate). There’s also two wall heaters to keep the place warm.

Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5.
