Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house features a delightful outdoor shower, 2 bicycles and a shed loaded with 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a frisbee and a surf fishing pole and tackle.

Short bike ride to Coligny Beach Plaza and Celebration Park! When home, downstairs open layout combines the kitchen, dining area and living room. Comfy Bedrooms with tv's and Baths upstairs. The private deck is beautiful with lagoon views and furnished with a gas grill for true outdoor living.

It's called Nan's Slice of Paradise for a reason! Our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. Five minute walk to an uncrowded beach, three minutes to bike paths that cover the island, and minutes from convenient shopping. Enjoy the screened porch or the deck complete with an outside tiki shower. I also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, cooler, and lots of beach toys! I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.
