New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Holiday house close to beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

Stay in this lovely apartment on the old vicarage in Kolby. The apartment is located in the gable of the old confirmation living room. In addition to the small apartment, there is also a large apartment in the same building. There is a large garden as well as a private entrance to the church. From the kitchen, you have a lovely view of the fields with Kolby mill in the background. The property is close to Kolby Kaas Harbor, where there is a lovely beach with a swimming bridge. 20 min. by bike from Ballen and 15 min. by bike from Tranbjerg.

Delicious personal touch, sea view, 200 m to beach

200 meters along path to the swimming bridge and sunset in the sea - path along the sea to, among other places, Ilse made spring. Peaceful and secluded south facing house in beautiful surroundings and planting as well as lovely sea view. House is thoroughly renovated and inviting with a personal expression. Wooden terrace all around - with cover and cozy nooks. Note: House must be returned cleaned - as it was received. Cleaning possible by supervisor = 700 kr. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Cleaning supplies available.

Til sommerhuset hører en stor have, hvor man helt uforstyrret kan nyde hele året. På koldere dage og aftener kan man stadig nyde haven fra en hyggelig pavillon. We live in a nice little village with a nice street love, good neighbors and good togetherness. We have 2 km. to water, 5 km. to Tranebjerg and 7 km. to Ballen with nice beach and marina. On the farm live Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!). Newly renovated apartment of approx. 60 m2 with private bathroom King size bed in separate bedroom. Possibility of bedding. The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cottage with room for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, fridge, induction hob, trangia set, access to water and toilet. Just outside the house there is a private tile terrace overlooking the natural plot with sheep. Please note there is no bathroom. The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. Duvets and linens can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please write a message if you/you wish and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

Bright and cozy townhouse. With secluded garden right in the middle of the island - perfect for cycling holidays. All the delights of the island are within reach. The house is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet and two living rooms, one of which has access to the garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms. In the old laundry room you will find a functional shower with plenty of space.
