Well-equipped and fresh cottage on shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Bed loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Dreamtorp with your own jetty

This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

Vargskär is located on the eastern side of Gräsö and from here you will directly reach the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is lakefront located with beautiful views over the distance. The bathing jetty and boat are just over 300 metres away. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and in total there are 8 beds. Winter and can be used all year round.

Newly built guest house (2020) of approx. 30 sqm in the center of Öregrund, with sea view. Only 70 m to the beach. Loft with double bed and sofa bed for two persons. Full kitchen, shower and WC. Self catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In the summertime there are lots of restaurants and cafer. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Charming, newly built house in the countryside in quiet area at Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
