Relax in the stunning front courtyard featuring a sparkling pool with lush landscaping and sweeping mountain views, or enjoy sipping on wine in the backyard around the fire pit. This home is guaranteed to give you the relaxing and stress free vacation you deserve and need. ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps 8. Master Bedroom: King Size bed, HDTV with cable, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with full bath. 2 twin memory foam roll away beds are available to use as well. Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed and walk in closet. HDTV with cable. Pack n' play available in closet if needed for the little ones. Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed. HDTV with cable and dresser. Living Room: All brand new modern furnishings, 50” 4K Smart HDTV with cable tv and netflix ready. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. Blender, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8+. Stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Or, enjoy the beautiful patios and use the brand new BBQ outside! Laundry Room: Washer & dryer available for your use Outside: The front courtyard features a beautiful pool with lush landscaping, overlooking the sweeping mountain views. The middle courtyard is perfect for dining al fresco with a patio table and a brand new stainless steel BBQ. The backyard is private and quiet and can be accessed directly from the master suite. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine around the fire pit. There is also a 2 car garage for your own use. Other Amenities: This home has central air conditioning, heating, a digital Nest thermostat, washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless and of course all linens and pool towels. DISCLOSURES: The property has one security camera on the front of the garage to monitor the driveway and street of the property for your security and ours. It is not meant to invade your privacy, and the camera does not pick up any footage from the pool area, front yard, inside or back of house. Guests have access the the entire house and all yards. The only part of the house locked off is one pantry for owner's storage. We have a very responsive, local, property management/concierge team that will be available to you during your stay. They will coordinate your check in and check out and will be available to you throughout your stay. La Quinta Cove is next to the scenic Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort. Also adjacent is charming Old Town with restaurants, a wine bar, and brewery, plus movie theaters. Replenish provisions at nearby shops, and at weekend farmers' markets. *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: While we do everything we can in our power to prevent bugs on the property and in the pool, our home is in a natural desert habitat and is subject to bugs that are not always avoidable. For example, in the Fall of 2017, the entire Coachella Valley had an issue with boatman bugs in the pool and our home was a victim of this as well. They are small, non-biting, gnat-type bugs that can be found in the pool. We have a pool cleaner thoroughly clean our pool 2x a week and maintain appropriate chemical levels to avoid them. We also have a monthly pest control company that maintains our entire property. However, we cannot be held responsible for natural causes and we do everything in our power to maintain the pool to the upmost degree, but there is still a chance that small bugs may be present.

Sip on a cup of Keurig coffee in the morning and stroll around the picturesque grounds at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains or take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort next door for some great dining options. TV is equipped with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Our villa location can't be beat! It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

We are 3-4 blocks from the mountains and miles of hiking and biking trails. The La Quinta Resort and Silver Rock Resort, with their world class golf, are within a mile and PGA West within 2. Our family has been vacationing in the desert for 12 years. We believe this is the best location in the valley.
