The center, the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and bus. The next stop can be reached in about 4 minutes. Public e-scooters are actually available at every corner. The apartment is very close to the university! Shops, bars and nightclubs can be reached on foot without any problems!

The former barn of our farmhouse we have converted into a cozy apartment and preserved some original but still modern and ecologically developed. The old bondage chambers serve as sleeping quarters. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the second with a single bed. The living room with open kitchen offers space for television, reading, playing, food and getting together. There are also sleeping places for 2-3 people on the gallery.

Quiet in the countryside and close to the city

Cozy apartment (about 40 sqm) very quiet in the countryside + at the same time close to the city. The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was entirely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in the kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m, the gas heating for the house is in the kitchen.

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center (Plaza), IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Bei uns bekommst du einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Welcome to my cozy 3 bedroom apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is very centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Just around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms also a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up for other guests. In addition, I will set up the baby bed if necessary:)
