This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Garden Studio 142- Peaceful, Cosy & 1.8k to CBD

Our studio ( one open plan space + bathroom) with its own private deck is situated in our peaceful garden. It is close to the CBD/waterfront - only 3 mins by car or flat 15 min walk. It is super clean, has comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles). It has a compact well-equipped kitchen with hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven) comfy lounge chairs, a table for meals or work, a good sized TV and a modern bathroom. Plus off street parking, lock up space for bikes, good WIFI, no cleaning fee.

'Cottage on Thompson' - Bluff Hill

'Cottage on Thompson' is a charming 2-bedroom cottage with a Jack and Jill bathroom, located only minutes from Napier CBD on picturesque Bluff Hill. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities also. Guests have full use of the Cottage, which is located on the same section as our family home and surrounded by well-established gardens. Secure off-street parking is also available.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Sooty. Sooty is very friendly so be prepared to be meet by her on arrival.

This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.

Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe.
