Mojito Island Cottage

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Kick-back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located one block away from historical Matlacha downtown and it’s pastel-colored shops and restaurants. Three restaurants, each with its own unique flavor, located within one block of the property. Enjoy a great coffee bar and breakfast /lunch at the Perfect Cup. Take your pick of the Blue Dog or local barbecue restaurant for dinner. The area offers great fishing and boating. Easy access to all the attractions of Cape Coral and Pine Island.

Located exactly a half mile to the very center of Matlacha town, and has direct access to the water and seconds by boat out to Matlacha pass. *repairs post hurricane Ian, screen porch is gone replaced with umbrella.*
