Beautiful-Cozy-Rustic-Big private balcony! One of 4 apartments in building, shared roof top deck, internet (on and off in town) Comes with sheets, dishes, towels, kitchen etc. You will have to BUY DRINKING WATER as this is mexico and you cannot drink from tap. There is no cable TV so please bring own books, , WE have a Chromecast which enables you to cast Netflix/Youtube most anything with a cast button from your Tablet/phone etc. Our house is 30 seconds from the beach and not beachfront
