This 3 bedroom house is centrally located in the heart of Tempe. It's next to ASU(5min walk), the Tempe Entertainment corridor(Mill Ave), the Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training fields, and much more. The entire home was recently remodeled to provide a stylish, comfortable stay. Inside, you will find a mid-century theme that flows neatly through the whole house. Please note that I do live on the property in a detached guest house in the backyard.
