Apartment holiday rentals in 12th arrondissement

This place was perfect for the two of us to stay, convenient to the Metro, clean and cozy. There was no A/C, but her curtains kept the heat out and the fan did just fine to keep us cool. We weren’t sure if there would be A/C or not being in Paris, but it was also an extremely hot weekend, and we felt fine! The place is small, but worked fine for us, the shower was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place! Adrien was very nice and responsive when we needed help. definitely recommend this place. Public transportation was very near about 3 min walk everything was perfect.

We stayed 12 nights at Laurent’s place. The apartment is super clean, has everything you may need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a great shower, and a superb location. There are 3 metro lines, lots of buses, but you can also walk along the canal, down to the Seine, and be in central Paris in less than a half hour. Lots of cafe and restaurants close by. Laurent left very detailed explanations on how to use the appliances in the apartment, and sent us videos to explain how to check in which made that process really easy. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates we found upon arrival. Laurent sent texts during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and even offering help to order a taxi to the airport. Do not hesitate to book this place! A+++

Really good experience. the apartment is clean, tidy and silent. Good atmosphere and feel like home. Celine has been clear and friendly since the booking and gave all the informations needed. The location is really nice, supermarkets and other shops are really close to the house. Really raccomended

Our stay at Guillaume's apartment was fantastatic. From the booking process through to check-out, everything was flawless. The apartment made our stay in Paris truly memorable. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere while at same time being in a very peaceful area of the city away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with all amenities, spotlessely clean and we did not any issue whatsoever. Guillaume is also the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and accomodated us with our request to drop our bags after we arrived on a very flight early flight and also generously accomodated our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing time in Paris and Guillaume's superb apartment played a large part! Thank you, Guillaume!

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung übernachten zu dürfen – das war eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen. Das Interior Design ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und ausgesprochen stilvoll. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und strahlt gleichzeitig eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre aus. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf, der schöne Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein – ob mit einer morgendlichen Tasse Kaffee in der Sonne oder mit einem Glas Wein am Abend. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber ruhig, mit allem, was man braucht, in direkter Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Kurz gesagt: Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Ci siamo trovati bene come a casa! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e l’arredo e il decor curatissimi. Si trova in una zona tranquilla ma con tanti servizi comodi nei dintorni. Guillaume è sempre stato reattivo ad ogni comunicazione ed è stato super flessibile per quanto riguarda gli orari di check in e check out venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliato!

We had a lovely stay at Fred and Anab’s place. The apartment is bright, roomy and tastefully decorated and thanks to excellent double windows, it is also very quiet despite being located on Place de la Nation. The hosts did everything they could to make checking-in and out as easy and convenient as possible. There is a supermarket very close by, as well as several bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, etc. And nothing beats the convenience of having the RER and several métro and bus laines at your doorstep. Altogether an excellent experience which we hope to repeat.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Meine Kollegin und ich haben uns in dieser gemütlichen, ästhetisch ansprechenden Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und einladend. Obendrein ist sie in einem sehr hippen Quartier von Paris. Kann die Wohnung für einen kurzen Städte-Trip sehr empfehlen!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁
