Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in 12th arrondissement

This was a lovely place to stay! Super communicative hosts who made everything very easy. Had everything I needed. Very centrally located and easy to get in and out. Can be a bit loud as you are right on a main road.

Die Wohnung war zwar klein aber die Lage für dafür top! Auch die Treppen in den 7. Stock haben wir nicht als so schlimm empfunden und sind definitiv machbar gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man ist aber schnell an der Metro und hat genug Restaurants & Supermärkte in der Nähe. Also für einen kurzen Städtetrip kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Rémi. Le logement est une vraie création artistique en elle-même. Des rappels chromatiques partout, des livres à foison, du mobilier de qualité, et de très belles plantes à choyer. malgré notre contexte compliqué pour ce séjour (personnel), nous revenions avec plaisir dans ce lieu pour se ressourcer. Petits bémols de notre côté, un lit un peu trop ferme, mais c'est toujours une question d'appréciation, et du bruit en journée généré soit par des travaux, soit par une entreprise de matériaux de construction à proximité. cependant, ce n'est qu'aux horaires d'ouverture, donc le soir l'appartement est très calme, donnant sur de la verdure, et traversant, un luxe à Paris. Encore merci à Rémi pour toutes ces informations et réponses. Bon séjour

We had a lovely stay. It’s a small but amazingly well equipped apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Lots of great local shops and bars. We felt right at home and Julie was extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful with a very cute view on the pantheon. Super close by walk to Notre Dame. The area near to the Pantheon beautiful and not as busy as other areas. More than perfect for a couple on holidays in Paris!! I will for sure come back.

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Sehr nettes kleines Loft in toller Lage. Hier lässt sich authentisches Pariser Flair erleben. Super Ausstattung, von der schönen Küche bis zum Beamer mit Streaming-Accounts. Der Zugang über den Schlüsselkasten ist super easy und alle möglichen Fragen waren von Anfang an geklärt. Danke euch!

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour. L’accueil était adorable et avec une très grande bienveillance lors du séjour. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Malgré une réservation tardive de notre part, Dayday c’est rendu disponible. Hôte très sympa, logement très propre avec de bon équipement dont le jacuzzi. Je recommande le logement !!

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôte très sympathique. Maison au bout d'une ruelle, au calme, tous les équipements nécessaires, très bonne literie, extérieur très agréable, le hammam est un plus pour se détendre. Le métro juste à côté de la maison, très pratique pour rejoindre paris en quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
