Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 15th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at Angelique and her husband's place. Angelique was super flexible about our late arrival, and was always friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is brand new, very clean and very functional. Also well located if you want to be close to Paris by transport, while being quiet, with in addition parking spaces often available. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

The apartment looked very cozy and stylish. It has all necessarily items for comfortable leaving and amazing balcony for the slow morning. Ines is very helpful, friendly and responsive person. Please be careful if you have too many suitcases because the apartment is on the 5th floor and no lift available.

Loved the apartment. Location was excellent and very near to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. Host was fantastic throughout the process from booking to checkout. Would definitely book this apartment again. The air conditioning was also wonderful when it got hot during our stay. Thanks!

Wonderful flat! I’ve stayed in Paris many times now and this was really an easy, wonderfully clean, easy to access flat. It is a 4th floor walk up but just know that and it’s good for your legs ;) neighborhood is nice and quiet with good cafe options nearby. Limebike meant accessing super central neighborhoods was trivial in 20 minutes. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

Fantastic Central location, tucked behind the hustle of the main streets. Peaceful and quiet flat, despite being in the central heartbeat of the city. A real gem, and best accommodation I ever found in Paris. Pierre is kind, and was especially responsive when checking in. The concierge tried very hard to explain to us where to go, but our A1 French skills didn't get us far. Luckily Pierre answered our messages immediately and we were able to easily find the flat. We were soooo happy it was so quiet at night, and we were able to rest up after full days of exploring. The flat has everything you could need, including a washing machine and all toiletries and cleaning supplies. A little tip: there isn't much closet space for you to unpack, and if you need to hang your clothes you may want to bring your own hangers :) this was clearly in the description, and it was really nice feeling the real intention behind Airbnb - staying in someone elses real flat. This accommodation has a wonderful location, it is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine, it is comfortable due to its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. Although we share the bathroom, it is not annoying. The shower is private. We always feel very safe, and Michel and Elusa's service is unbeatable. With a great vocation for service. We would be delighted to return!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.
