I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Laetitia's welcome was very warm and attentive. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and attractions nearby. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make our experience enjoyable and cozy. Laetitia was an exceptional host, always responsive and willing to help us with great kindness. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

I used it for the first time in France, during my stay in Paris.This facility was located in an area called Moodon, close to the Setagaya and Seijo areas in Japan. Nearby, there was a small supermarket like My Basket, which was a 5-minute walk away, and a large supermarket called a hypermarket, which was a 15-minute walk away. It was very close to the tram station, within 5.6 minutes. The room itself was cleaned by the host, and I had a comfortable stay, of course, and there was a bedroom and a kitchen, dining and living room of about 15 tatami mats. The host was very polite and exchanged messages with me, and I received a reply immediately. The dryer and washing machine, and the bathtub for the Japanese, were helpful. The city, for example, the Eiffel Tower, is about 30 minutes away by tram and subway, but it doesn't feel far, and I was able to relax in a calm mood. I would like to use it again when I come to France.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for the metro. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second bedroom downstairs! ◡̈

Had a great stay for our Paris holiday. Took a weekly train ticket for 35 euros running Monday to Sunday. Excellent value and makes Yerres a good place to stay. Bus service mostly good from train station to apartment but several times we had to walk it. Apartment a good size and has a full kitchen. It is good value basic accommodation.

Our family had a most pleasant stay at Laurent’s place, we were warmly welcomed by Crystal and Laurent. Always helpful and responsive towards us, they are great hosts. A spacious place with 2 levels, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Well equipped to cook and prepare meals with everything travellers need. The Conflans area is lovely, peaceful, however has everything so as not to leave the area. To do so it has 2 train lines to get in and around Paris and beyond. We did morning visits to the bakery and the two local supermarkets. The Pizza place close by was perfect for lazy nights in. The 1 week travel pass was definitely the way to go and paid for itself in 2 days.

In addition to the listing being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Ideal house for spending time with friends and family. It is fully equipped, clean, warm, its garden and relaxing and its proximity to the banks of the marl is great! Thanks to Sandréa for her availability and kindness.

The area is the perfect location in Paris for seeing all the sites. Train stations nearby but walking distance to most things. View of the water, the Eiffel Tower and the skyline wonderful. Catherine was friendly and helpful - she even did our laundry for us. We would definitely recommended Catherine’s place. It is compact but has all you need.

i go back for the second time and I'm not on it, everything was clean and there is everything you need to clean, cook etc. I will always recommend it! and the residence is very quiet and close to the train station

The apartment is spacious for 4 people, very clean, only 5 minutes from the metro if you want to visit the capital. Free parking space but sometimes not easy to find. The setting is pleasant with its canal and Sheikh answers us quickly if we have any questions, thank you for this stay!

Sam’s place was perfect! It has the most beautiful view of the tower!

This is the second time we have rented Yassine's Airbnb and once again, everything went very well. Communication with Yassine is always great, he is attentive and very responsive.

We had a great time in the apartment. There were both, a washing and dryer machine which were very helpful since it was raining during our stay. The apartment was spacious which was great for our group of 6. The looks from the window were not the best and the location was not what you would think of when you think of Paris but once you get outside, you will be immerse in what Paris truly is, a mix of cultures and various classes of people. There were so many restaurants and bakeries around that we wish our stay was longer. Walking distance from public transport and various supermarkets. We walked around at night and we fell safe all the time. We are the types of travelers who enjoy authentic experiences and like to stay in places that resemble what the city is all about and we got this with this stay. We did not have to reach out to Sophie because we didn’t need to. Everything was clear and our stay was perfect.

Wonderful, well-lit, modern, well decorated apartment, stunning views of Tower and the Seine River! Kitchen with all the utensils, everything perfect. Highly recommended! Gratitude!
