Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 16th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We loved staying at Agathe's place, the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely fantastic. She's always kind, the place is very comfortable and cozy. A great location, we were walking to the Champs-Elysées for a picnic or to the Eiffel Tower itself. The condominium where the apartment is located is also very beautiful, it was nice to arrive, you always felt well received. We would definitely stay again.

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

We loved Isadora’s place! My girlfriend and l booked for the view and the extra room to spread out was great! We loved the high ceilings, large kitchen space and big open living room/dining room. This location was close to the Eiffel Tower, but we noticed other noteworthy locations took more time to get to. With the metro being only a 10 min walk away, this was not a massive issue yet something to consider. You also can’t beat having a grocery store close by, which we went to often! Isadora was accommodating, quick to respond and we would love to be back in the future!

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

It is very suitable for friends who want to travel in depth in Paris. Room: The whole room is decorated in a very French style. The room is very large, estimated to be 50 square meters,.The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, and Haier's washer-dryer is very easy to use! The room also has a rooftop with a view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. There are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and bars downstairs, which is very convenient.The landlord is super nice. She prepared bread and three bottles of red wine.She is very enthusiast

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Paris. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to public transportation. The views from the balcony were spectacular!! Isolda is a wonderful hostess. She responded immediately to our questions. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting Paris.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay in Jeanne apartment. Spacious rooms and kitchen with possibility to cook and eat in large living room. Tram stops nearby to reach the heart of the city in 25 min. Quiet place to live , ideal for family.

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
