Apartment holiday rentals in 17th arrondissement

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

The space was elegant and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to birdsong after a busy walking day in Paris. Parc Monceau is just around the corner and the area has many lovely cafes, boulangeries, and bistros. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood free from over tourism this is it. I lived in the area many years ago and it was wonderful to be back. My family loved the peace of the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood.

Alexandra’s place was everything and more! It was beautiful, clean, spacious with wonderful light and ventilation and decor! Alexandra was helpful and super responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again. Montmartre is super lovely:) 🫶

Charles is a fantastic host! Great socials skills, very warm and welcoming. Responds very quickly to any enquiries. The apartment was amazing, lovely furniture, spotlessly clean, well equipped, very spacious with a large living area and a great balcony. It was a joy to spend time there. Great location, only 2 minutes away from the train station. I want to stay there again!

Marion’s place is so adorable! We loved the decor, colors, and bathroom tiling. It is located nicely near Montmartre (one of my favorite Parisian neighborhoods)! Yes there is a big walk up! Just be prepared - she informs you in advance :) I would say I would definitely prefer this place for shorter trips to Paris and when the weather is cooler since it gets quite hot up there. We stayed three nights and it was perfect for two women travelers. (we quite luckily escaped the hotter days!). Thank you Marion and Arthur! You are great hosts.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

This apartment was more spacious than I had imagined, and the character was what I was hoping for! The location was convenient to Metro stations, and it was a bit less crowded than the other areas we visited. The only downsides were not having air conditioning with temps reaching the high 80's, and not being able to figure out how either TV works. Isabelle was very communicative and responsive.

Overall great value for the stay in a well decorated apartment just for the champs elysees. Valentina was very easy to communicate with and helped with some AC troubles we had on our first night. Would stay here again!

We spent 5 nights in michels home. It is very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. It is sparkling clean & has everything a guest could need. The metro is a ten minute walk and there are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The area is completely safe & we walked home at 2am. It is value for money and you can happily chose his home for your Paris trip.

Beautiful apartment - super tasteful furnishings and I loved the plants. Theo was also really responsive and helpful. It was really hot when we were staying, but there was a fan which helped at night. Would recommend.

We had an excellent stay as a family of four in Michaella’s apartment! One primary bed and a sofa bed for two kiddos. Our favorite: The location was great for us. It is close enough to the popular sites but not in a “party” zone. The metro is feet away with grocery and cafes nearby. The apartment was clean and orderly. Bring extra towels if you’re traveling as a family. She provided excellent instructions for self check-in and we did not have to reach back out with any concerns. As a bonus, the air conditioner worked well and held a constant 23°. Washer dryer combo was great with instructions to operate. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would recommend it.

Flore’s place was ideal. Charming, well appointed and a great location for getting around Paris. I highly recommend Flore’s home and would definitely stay here again. It reaffirmed my faith in Airbnb!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
