Townhouse holiday rentals in 17th arrondissement

We (4 adults and 5 children) had four wonderful days in Paris and could not have wished for better accommodation. 🍀 When we arrived, there was no parking space on the street, but the host let us park in the courtyard – very nice! ⭐️ The house was cozy, clean and reminded me of my childhood – I felt at home. ⭐️ The bed linen was fresh and comfortable - better than in many hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ An important note for families with small children: A staircase in the house is not secured – you have to be careful. You can even barbecue in the yard - very pleasant! ☑️ The accommodation is in a quiet area, the RER station is nearby – ideal for reaching the center. ⭐️ The hosts were super friendly, helpful and always available. ⭐️ Another note: There is a lovely cat that 🐈comes and goes freely in the house. A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was spotless and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

Loved our stay at Franck's place! We were a family of four and it was perfect. The kids had a double bed each, including a mezzanine / double bunk which they loved. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 5-day stay and the courtyard was perfect to have brekkie in the morning or chill in the evening. Shower is awesome too, and there's a washer and dryer if you need it. If I was being really picky, the supplied towels are quite small but that was no bother - more of a heads-up if you're used to large towels. We couldn't find the TV remote but we didn't need it after long days of sightseeing. Plus who needs a TV - Canal St-Martin is a gem of an area - very cool to hang out with a wine or beer. Lots of amazing cafes, restaurants , bakeries and coffee shops. Lovely to be in the buzz of a hip area, but off the tourist trail and the apartment itself is very calm, and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! Julien is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met—always responsive and helpful. She provided clear check-in instructions before our arrival and answered our questions quickly during our stay. She even prepared a gift for us, which made us feel surprised and very welcome. If you’re planning to visit Paris, don’t miss the chance to stay at Julien’s place. If you enjoy shopping, the shops surrounding her home will be more than enough to satisfy you.

We booked this place last minute due to a flight cancellation. It’s lovely. If you are a family with kids, it would be such a great fit. It would as a great fit for our group of three. We appreciated the fan, the sound blocking windows, and the well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit outside of Paris, but we liked exploring the area around the place. Montreuil is definitely a place where people live and work. I felt lucky to get to be part of it for a bit.

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

Fantastic host, excellent place and outstanding experience

Our stay was wonderful. The house is on the outskirts of Paris, in a very quiet and beautiful environment, but with good public transport connections to get to the center. The accommodation had everything you needed and the host, Biba, was very kind and always willing to help. We loved that he left us bicycles, it was ideal for walking with my brothers! I totally recommend this place. Comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a different experience in Paris.

A lovely house near a metro station. The house has every comfort, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy seat, right next to the kitchen. You can stay excellently downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the option to watch Netflix, for example. Within a short distance 2 great restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil again.

The DML-LMP team has excellent staff, from booking to check-in for the key handover. Thibaud hosted us very well, flexible and attentive because we were surprised by the traffic jams. The house met all our expectations, spacious, warm, friendly with a large reception table. The veranda delighted children and parents with its foosball table, so phones and screens were put away for a real moment of sharing and conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with quality amenities, utensils and appliances. The stay is very pleasant with its spacious sofa. Cozy rooms with quality bedding and very clean. Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

My husband and I did not want to live directly in the hustle and bustle of Paris, so Isabelle's accommodation was very convenient for us. A nice quiet area, just outside Paris. Nice and quiet, well maintained with a view of the sweet little garden. The accommodation is very stylish, new and practically furnished. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Everything you need is there. We lacked nothing. Isabelle was very courteous and friendly. We would choose this location again and again. Many thanks to the hosts!
