Wo soll ich beginnen? Alles an dieser Unterkunft ist perfekt. Beginnend mit dem Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld sehr angenehm, verbindlich und sehr, sehr nett. Wir wurden wie Freunde empfangen und die Unterkunft war liebevoll für uns hergerichtet. Alles war blitzsauber und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Arnaud super kinderfreundlich ist. Wir kamen mit unseren 3 Kindern und obwohl das Appartment klein ist, war das kein Problem. Um die Ecke ist nicht nur Sacre Coer, sondern auch ein toller kleiner Park mit Spielgeräten für jedes Alter. Unsere Jungs liebten es, dort Fußball zu spielen. Zum Schluss die Lage. Nicht zu übertreffen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, eines Tages wieder kommen zu dürfen.

After a very last minute request, I spent 4 wonderful days in Heidi’s apartment. The apartment is great: contains everything you could need and is and well located. Heidi’s communication was very clear, helpful and attentive ; the process for arrival and departure was very easy. Matches exactly its description on the site. I thoroughly recommend !

We stayed here for four nights we our 18 year old son. This place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. And the apartment, weak the apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It’s also really peaceful even through its close to everything. The Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner and the neighborhood is lovely. Lots of great restaurants and cake shops within walking distance. We also walked all over, to all the main locations - Le Louvre, NotreDame, Mont matre and the Effel Tower, but if you don’t want all the walking - the metro is only a couple of minutes walk. I can’t recommend this place enough and if we ever get the chance to come to Paris again - we won’t look anywhere else to stay.

My family loved LOVED this place. There were 2 bathrooms, plus a shower in one bathroom then a serparate shower in the master. My kids each had their own bed in the perfect set up kids room. The place is so cute and I was obsessed with the decor, colors, furniture, everything. The pictures don't do it justice! There was so much room for us to spread out and the host had great recs for walkable places. We had trouble with the washing machine, but we wrote the host and the responded and was able to help us reset the machine. I have no complaints and would definately stay here again. A great place for families with kids. My kids loved each having their own bed.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.

The apartment was excellent! Well located, near the Metrostation. Gautier was very attentive, always ready to answer any questions we had. We would have preferred to have more pillows though, but in general it was a very nice place to stay in Paris.

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Gorąco polecamy, świetna lokalizacja (lepiej się nie da), piękny apartament w pełni wyposażony. W okolicy pełno świetnych restauracji oraz piekarni. Michale zadbał o nas przy zameldowaniu, był bardzo pomocny oraz polecał lokalne rekomendacje. W razie pytań mieliśmy stały kontakt z gospodarzem. Dodatkowo w budynku znajduje się nie wielka winda, która ułatwia dostęp do mieszkania! Podczas naszego pobytu korzystaliśmy z apartamentu w 4 dorosłe osoby, apartament zdecydowanie wystarczy na taką grupę i pozwala na swobodne korzystanie i funkcjonowanie. Sama lokalizacja tak naprawdę pozwala na dostęp do głównych atrakcji Paryża pieszo. Z pewnością wrócimy przy następnej okazji! Pozdrawiamy :)

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I’ve been to Paris many times and this hands down is the absolute best location for a first time visit or seasoned traveler. Your close to all the sights but just far enough away you feel like your in a local neighborhood. Outstanding opportunity if you’re looking for a place in Paris and this is an option take it. You won’t be disappointed. The hosts are responsive quickly and kind, gave great recommendations. Highly recommend.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

A great spot — especially for families. Very walkable with a great park/playground just down the street. Thibaut was an amazing host!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!
