Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Artist studio at Montmatre

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Lovely flat 15 min from Montmartre

Authentic parisian style apartment (50 m2), located 15 min walking from Montmartre, perfect to welcome 4 persons. 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom with a confortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and modern italian style bathroom (with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, ...). Bed sheets and towels will be provided. District MULTICULTURAL & alive is full of bars, restaurants, bakery, artisanal food stores .. I would be really happy to give you tips and my favorite adresses to enjoy at best Paris !

Studio Sacre Coeur

The studio is located at the metro red castle of line 4 in a beautiful Haussmannian building. Within walking distance, there is the Sacred Heart and Pigalle. There is the market during the day on weekdays. However, from 7pm there is absolute calm on the street and the neighborhood. Subway line 4 can be reached: - Châtelet, the heart of Paris, in 10 minutes - Lyon train station in 20 minutes by metro - Orly / Roissy airports via the RER B to Gare du Nord located 2 stations from Château Rouge.

Charming maid's room.

Very nice maid's room, fully equipped, 15 square meters (air conditioner, kitchen, shower, oven, etc.) On the sixth floor (NO ELEVATOR) guard and security alarm in the room. Small balcony with a view of the rooftops of Paris! In the heart of the African and popular district of Paris 18 (great restaurants nearby) Very lively in the evening in the streets! Close to Gare du Nord (8 minutes' walk) 3 metro lines (2,4,12) to get around Paris. Private WC in the accommodation ON THE LANDING.
