Very cozy apartment. Nicely decorated with art and practically furnished. We have experienced our stay pleasantly and comfortably. The location was close to several metro stations. There was also plenty to do in the neighborhood. We were happy with the list of recommendations; the bakery and the fish restaurant were both delicious! I would definitely recommend this apartment at this location!

Best stay I've ever had. Clotilde was totally kind and generous, and the space was fully equipped and structured. I recommend it 100% and hope to return at another time!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean. Our host went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information and clear instructions, making everything very easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood itself is one of the most alternative and vibrant areas in Paris, full of life, great entertainment options, and countless places to eat and drink. It also offers excellent metro connections, both to the city center and to Orly Airport. Highly recommended!

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

My colleague and I felt very comfortable in this cozy, aesthetically appealing apartment. Everything was clean and welcoming. On top of that, it is in a very hip neighborhood of Paris. Highly recommend the apartment for a short city trip!

Great location -- just a few minutes from the Gambetta or Pére LaChaise metro stations, several grocery stories, the gym I joined (Liberty Gym), Père LaChaise Cemetery, and other sites of interest. Quiet, diverse neighborhood with so much history, and there's a beautiful tree in a community garden outside the bedroom window. It was a great price, and the unit worked very well for us. Catherine and Hervé were very responsive when we had a couple of little issues with the wifi at one point, and they live right across the hall so they could respond quickly. Kitchen is compact but has a full-size refrigerator, freezer, and stove and a good selection of pots and pans, so we had what we needed to cook. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

Great apartment for our stay in Paris! 2 minutes away from Alexandre Dumas station which can bring you to most places by metro. Grocery store right across the street and great food options nearby. Wifi worked well for remote work

Thomas’ place was gorgeous and perfect for my first trip to Paris as it was well connected to the metro. The courtyard was very cute and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip. The multiple layers of security when entering the apartment also made me feel very safe! Thomas was a proactive and friendly host - I would definitely love to stay again

In addition to being very well located, the apartment has a balcony with a panoramic view. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decoration is neat, and the neighborhood is simply perfect. Don't hesitate!

Communication ahead of our stay was clear and helpful, check-in was also easy and right on time. The apartment is clean, it had everything we needed and it’s in a great area. The hosts were also accommodating and kind.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Our stay here is perfect! The place is peaceful and we can get around easily. The balcony is beautiful. We get to see a great view of the area. On top of that, the host is super kind and friendly. We felt at home here.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Great location close to a major Metro station and walkable to the Notre Dame. Wonderful bakeries to get morning pastries and coffee on the same block. Very clean and well designed apartment. Responsive and friendly host team. We would definitely stay there again!
