Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in 20th arrondissement of Paris

Excellent location in a beautiful old building, the room and bathroom are very clean, spacious, quiet, well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and Adelaide's welcome at the top, very concerned about the well-being of guests. I would highly recommend it.

Accommodation in the heart of the vegetation. A small town at the gates of Paris. If you love nature and fullness, you will be in the right place.

Anne is a very nice lady. She cares for her guests. Her apartment is an artist apartment which is very rare in Paris. I lived in Paris before. I was with my granddaughter and I chose it because Anne's place represents the typical historic parisien apartment; location, top 7th floor (less noise, better view) a typical parisien balcony with flowers, thyme, vines and strawberries. The view of the Eiffel tower is a Plus. I loved the wooden floors. This Artist family displays a rich history, books, paintings, pictures, photographs, paintings, sculptures, travel artifacts that projects you in the past and in other countries to discover. This is not the modern apartment with a/c but a real Parisien apartment experience which you should experience. Thank Anne for sharing it.

A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

The host is so kind... Thank you for bringing snacks and jambutters. The location is nice, and it's a very comfortable and efficient house. The bed was spacious, so it was very comfortable, and it was nice to use the bus or subway. The neighborhood is also safe.

The room worked well for my granddaughter and I. Easy to get around. Lots of nearby restaurants. Farmers Market nearby on Saturday.

Maren and Jochen were friendly and accommodating hosts during our 5 day trip. We enjoyed a nice breakfast to start our days and was nice to return to such a charming space after a long day of sight seeing. The location is an easy 7 min walk to the nearest train station making it convenient for exploring all Paris has to offer. The location has a bar and some restaurants down the street as well as grocery stores for snacks. We would be happy to stay with them again.

The accommodation and the surroundings were wonderful, and Marie-Hélène's breakfast was a daily highlight. Already on the way there and during the entire stay, she was always friendly with advice and action. Especially after a long day, it was nice to exchange ideas with Marie-Hélène. We felt completely comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and correspond 100% to the description. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the direct proximity to the Seine is an additional luxury. After a 3-minute walk, you are directly at the train and within a very short time in the city center. We had a wonderful time and it was a pleasure to meet you. Unfortunately, we only met Marie-Hélène's husband shortly before our departure, and he was also very warm and open-minded. Thank you very much for the B&B provided by Ms. Claude. I had a great time in Paris.The room size is completely sufficient for two people to travel, and it is much more cost-effective than a Paris hotel at the same price.The location of the B&B is very good, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower, and it takes about 6-8 minutes to walk to the nearest bus and subway station, which is very convenient.And the breakfast provided by the host every morning is delicious! Croissant🥐

Antonio had a double booking problem that involved my reservation, and dealt with it very well. It was very pleasant to stay in his studio at Avenue de Clichy.

Great location in quieter area, only 20- minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Helpful and friendly host, and nice place.

I stayed in this place because of a flight being rescheduled and it was really peaceful. Eléonore even put me in a different room to make sure I wouldn't have to share the kitchen and bathroom space with someone else for most of my stay which I appreciated so much. Check-In was super easy and a lot of nature is closeby. It's also just a 15min taxi ride from the airport so I highly recommend it for staying a night before a flight.

I absolutely loved my stay at Karine's place! After spending time in Paris city center I was so happy i booked her space just outside the city. The apartment is so beautiful, homely, cosy, and equipped with everything you need- and more. I loved the little outside area, the large windows that offer great natural light. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was big enough for one person. I felt right at home in Karine's apartment, using the kitchen space and enjoying her amazing book collection. The area and small town has many great bakeries, restaurants and shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk from various close by bus stations - or a quick 20min walk to a large metro strop. The area is relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I also felt really safe walking at night from the metro stop back to the apartment. I met Karine briefly and wish we had more time to get to know one another. I will be staying in her apartment the next time i have to visit Paris. Thanks Karine!

Very welcoming host and flexible on check-in time. The accommodation is in a perfect location to get to the Plateau de Saclay. My fragile back and light sleep prevented me from having a good night (extremely soft mattress and old house with poor sound insulation) but if you do not suffer from these problems I highly recommend the place!
