Family-friendly holiday rentals in 20th arrondissement of Paris

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

We had a fantastic stay at our Paris Airbnb! The apartment was charming, spotless, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our Paris experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

We were very happy to stay at this room.The room were really nice,cozy and there was not a single thing we had to worry about. Staying at the room was very comfortable, the access to any attractions was good, there were plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants and bakeries, and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Wir waren 06.25 dort und es war super! Das Loft ist sehr geeignet wenn man Haustiere dabei hat (wir 2x Katzen). Anreise mit dem KFZ war auch kein Problem & konnten in der Zufahrt parken um gemütlich ein- oder ausladen. Im Hof vor dem Loft konnten wir unseren Tag in Paris wunderbar ausglingen lassen. Kleiner Tipp, wer am Abend einen Aperol Spritz etc. ... haben möchte, dass Restaurant "Le Muguet" diregt neben dem Hauptzugang macht es möglich und man kann das Getränk zum Loft mitnehmen. Natürlich müssen die Gläser wieder abgegeben werden. Auch ist der Wirt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und wir hatte das Gefühl das er genau weiß, wer da rein oder raus geht. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Sehr ruhig Lage und Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden ein Katzensprung. Metro nur 2. Minuten entfernt. Kleiner Anmerkung haben wir denoch. Die Bettmatratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse sehr hart. Vielen Dank das wir bei Euch sein durften.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Apartment was in a cute location off the main streets and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Remy also gave us a great list of local recommendations after check-in!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten Umgebung direkt beim Kanal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sylvains Nachbar in Empfang genommen. Auch beim späten Check-out war Sylvain sehr entgegenkommend.

Alles bestens👍. Super zentrales, ruhiges und großes Apartment in Paris. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles Notwendige. Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Wir können Fred und sein Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

Jerome’s place is a unique artist working space, it looks like you’re living a bohemian life in Paris! ❤️ Jerome is very responsive and helpful with all the requests we had. There is a parking space at a cost that we used. Would recommend and go back!

Lovely, quaint apartment in a superb location! Had a wonderful stay at Maxime’s apartment. The place was spotless and well maintained. Having the RER A and Metro Line 1 close by was also a bonus as it made it very convenient for exploring Paris. Overall a pleasant stay, would absolutely recommend to other families 💯☺️

Cozy top floor apartment in the Marais neighborhood of Paris (3rd Arr). We stayed there for 7 days and had a great time. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need to make some small meals, and plenty of hot water for showers. Even though it’s on the top floor (we counted 99 stairs!) there is a small lift/elevator that gets you to just below the last floor. The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and you’re very close to the Filles du Calvaire Metro stop. Sébastien was prompt in responding to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
