Holiday rentals with a hot tub in 20th arrondissement of Paris

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We stayed 2 nights beautiful place, even better than the photos. small sweets that make coffee,juice,sweets,chocolates ect... comfy bed. the activities offered darts game,spa are a plus. and fouad was a great help to us following our car breakdown at check-out. he offered us his place a little longer and even drove us to the garage. i would recommend it without problem and if we have the opportunity we will go back with great pleasure

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. The host was very responsive, and I have never stayed in such a clean accommodation. Air conditioning is a real plus in these hot times, and the neighborhood was really nice. I highly recommend this listing!

Easy to get into central Paris, close to the train and just as described would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Wow if you are considering a beautiful villa in Paris then this is the place for you. Firstly the host is absolutely incredible hospitable, kind and patient - He was really accommodating which made being a group lovely and fine. The villa had more than enough space to allow large group to be chilled and relaxed - There is also local supermarkets to get breakfast and to cook food - I would choose this place again - The jacuzzi is such a nice touch and we had a great tîme here! We had a mother-daughter evening and a very pleasant night in Thomas' chalet. We enjoyed the spa, the terrace and the extremely quiet neighborhood for walking our dog. The chalet is really very private, you feel like you're in a little cocoon, including on the terrace. Thanks to the air conditioning, we slept very well despite the outside heat. We did not meet our hosts but the communication before the stay and the access on site were perfect, we were perfectly independent thanks to all the information provided. Recommended!
