Apartment holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Jeremy was very kind to let us in earlier to accommodate the baby. Life was breathtaking! However, you should know that the 6 floors to climb are quite intense if you have a baby in addition! I would have liked to have a little more toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap, and to have access to wifi given the price paid, but for the rest it was a charming place in the heart of Marseille. Warning: very noisy at night, because there are festivities in front. I slept pretty badly. The decoration is good, the mattress is good too. I would say that we go for the view, especially because the kitchen is poorly equipped!

Jérôme was very nice and responsive throughout the whole experience! The apartment is on a very quiet block, tucked away from noise, and about 15 minutes from Le Panier on foot. The apartment is cozy, bright and well maintained. Perfect for 2 people for a few nights. Thank you!

The stay went well. The accommodation was clean, functional, and matched the description. The host was available to answer my questions, which I appreciated.

Lorella’s place is beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and clean. If it isn’t brand new it certainly feels new. Perfect. The view is stunning. The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms are large. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Lorella was a great communicator before and during our trip. The AC was a little tricky but Lorella answered an 11 pm text to explain and it worked very well. We needed it too as it was hot and sunny. I recommend the place highly and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Marseille. Loved it!

We spent 5 nights at Manon’s place. Location is perfect for exploring-which we did via the buses- 83 is coastal. The apartment is all about the balcony which is where I spent most of my time. It’s perfect - eastern sunrise facing. The apartment itself has everything you need. The balcony is so lovely that very often we preferred to eat in- carre four - 8 mins away. Location wise you are on the edge of the museum/cathedral district. Be sure to have ice cream at Lou Lou’s if you venture along the coast on the no. 83. I would love to have ventured into the National Park- just wasn’t enough time. A wonderful stay 😍

Yosr was an amazing host, kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment was exactly as pictured, if not better, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Anytime there was even the slightest confusion, Yosr was quick to respond and proactive in offering a solution or alternative. The location was perfect: right in the heart of downtown Marseille, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and just a short walk to the metro and train station — ideal for day trips to places like Monaco, Cannes, or Nice. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the AC was a huge bonus during the hot weather. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a great time in Nicolas' apartment: newly renovated, bright, clean and located in the heart of a semi-pedestrian area. The apartment is well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc. Only notes: a little noisy at night and there is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, so ideal for very close couples :)

The flat is perfectly located in Marseille, allowing us the best opportunity to explore the city! Kevin the host was amazingly accommodating, always responding very quickly! The flat is lovely inside, clean and tidy, with clear instructions. Had everything we could have needed for a 2 night stay.

Lovely stay for a couple of days, didn’t need a lot of kitchen stuff so that wasn’t a problem, the bedroom could use a fan in the hotter months. There is air conditioning but it takes a little while to get to the back room. The view is outstanding and the deck is fantastic. Not all of the deck doors would stay locked so that needs to be fixed for security but it is on the 5th floor. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this apartment for a great place to stay!!

Apartment has a fantastic view over Marseille, well worth the five flights of stairs to reach it :)

I've been to Marseille several times before. The location of this apartment is top notch! Bars, restaurants in front of the house, as well as bakery, shopping and pharmacy. The metro and bus/tram only a few steps away. The apartment is large and very clean and maintained. Although in a lively environment, it is quiet at night, as the bedroom goes to the backyard. We spent more time in the apartment than planned because of the rather bad weather. This was a real oasis for us! The mattress was a bit too hard for our taste, so the rest was a little lacking at night. But I would rent this apartment again at any time, it is absolutely great! Marseille is also a great city, the people are so friendly and helpful and accommodating! There's so much to do and there's so much to discover. Just wonderful! We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything!

Jean-Raphaël deserves a big thank you for this great time. Even a flight change was no problem for him. He updated the booking in a flash, so we could check in sooner. Check-in and general access to the apartment is safe, but also very easy and uncomplicated. The apartment was clean, tidy and well air-conditioned. The heat in Marseille was not felt in the apartment. We didn't have to use the air conditioning. It was also very pleasant. The electrical appliances work perfectly and are state-of-the-art. The location of the apartment is awesome. The center and the port are just a few minutes' walk away. There are many great restaurants around the apartment with many specialties. In the evening, there is a cheerful, positive atmosphere with many bars and well-attended terraces. Jean-Raphaël is very helpful and knows his stuff. I'm sure we'll be back soon! This apartment and this city can only be recommended to everyone!

Located one street away from the harbor/marina area, balcony view is excellent and is easily walkable to the waterfront restaurants etc. The apartment is as listed and was comfortable for 3 people. Welcome kit was very nice!

Boris’ place is in an amazing location. There are countless restaurants, bars, and the old port just minutes away. Despite that, the windows do an excellent job at blocking out any outside noise. We had a comfortable stay, felt right at home, and felt very safe. Boris’ communication was proactive and clear. We would highly recommend Boris’ place!

The place was great! It is very close to the train station, the old port, shops and restaurants to eat! Buses, trams, scooters, bikes are also nearby to get around, it's great! The accommodation has air conditioning and it's great in the strong heat! It was clean, beautiful and welcoming. I recommend it!

Very good place for a cocooning weekend with jacuzzi and a cute little terrace for the end-of-day aperitif! I will be back with pleasure.

What a joy this romantic weekend away from everyday life...! A bubble of pure happiness in a Zenitude paradise. Quiet, zen, close to everything on foot, just perfect accommodation ☺️ The pool and garden are sublime, the jacuzzi so great after long walks. We stayed at Chloe's for a weekend in Marseille. The accommodation is ideal because it is close to all the tourist spots and the sea! Chloé was very accommodating in letting us arrive earlier and even offering to leave later. Everything our little girl needed was there. Thank you very much Chloe ☺️
