Holiday rentals with a home theatre in 2nd arrondissement

Can't say enough about the location. Between Place des Vosges, the Marais, the river and Bastille you have access to so many neighborhoods and activities in easy walking distance. The apartment works beautifully because it has two full bathrooms and a bright living/kitchen space that overlooks a courtyard. However the two bedrooms with no windows are stuffy and we had to leave the doors open to sleep. The basement did not work for us. It's an incredible architectural space (down MANY steps), with high ceilings, a swanky bar, a sauna and a movie theater! What's not to like? Except, truly there is no need for any of these things: you'd rather get a drink at a bar out in Paris, you didn't come to Paris for a sauna and the movie theater wasn't working, which didn't seem to bother the staff. They did stop by and look at it but no update, no apology, in fact they said we should find things to do out in Paris. So just know that the beautiful (very very dark) basement is not really a bonus.

Superbe séjour chez Brigitte qui nous avait préparé son appartement nickel (propre, cadeaux de bienvenue) où nous nous sommes vite sentis comme à la maison, avec en bonus une jolie terrasse et du soleil ! Quartier central et regorgeant de restaurants et commerces, proche du RER/métro et des Halles… À recommander vivement !

Pavlé's apartment was perfect for my week in Paris. It's in a great location and is surrounded by great restaurants and patisseries. Getting around is easy too as it's close to several train stations. Pavlé was responsive from the beginning, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

From the beginning on communicating with Yann was pleasent and he always replied fast. He's very nice and made us feel welcome in his place. The apartment was exactly as in the picture, stylish and comfortable and cozy. Everything was as advertised and clean. We had a lovely stay there and I can only recommend this place and its host. Extra points for cuddly Caramel, the ginger cat who lives in the house - not the apartment - and often hangs out in the little backyard. ;)

Sehr charmante Unterkunft, man merkt, dass der Host sich viele Gedanken gemacht hat. Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist da. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen (10 Jahre) dort und die Wohnung ist auch für eine Woche für 4 Personen ausreichend. Das riesige Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa ist von sehr guter Qualität und auch für Erwachsene sehr bequem. Schönes Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Gute Nachbarschaft, direkt ein paar Meter weiter Supermärkte, Bäckereien und eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants. Man kann sehr viel von dort zu Fuß erreichen, die Metro ist nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Virgile ist ein supernetter, hilfsbereiter Host, ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen ☺️

Lovely flat in Paris’ Canal St Martin neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to avoid tourist crowds and feel like a true Parisienne. Métro station close by along with some of Paris’ best restaurants/bars/shops/cafes. Very responsive owner.

Eine tolle Unterkunft: • Exakt wie auf den Bildern, sauber und modern mit toller Ausstattung. • 5 Minuten von der Metro und insgesamt weniger als 30 vom Chatelêt. • Hélène war sehr nett und proaktiv - Check-in und -out waren reibungslos. Insgesamt äußerst angenehm, sehr empfehlenswert!

Jeremie's apartment was a little slice of heaven nestled in the city. A true home away from home. The decor was charming and full of character, the kitchen was well equipped and perfectly suitable for our needs. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The bed and seating was comfortable. But the most stand out of all was the balcony, with some of the most amazing city views I've ever seen. We were blessed with glorious sunshine and warm evenings, which was an absolute delight every time. Watching the beautiful sunsets fall behind the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre was a true gift.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Entfernung zur Metro, Bäcker um die Ecke, einfach Klasse :) Gastgeber ist mega freundlich, hat proaktiv nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt, dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durften früher einchecken, extrem wichtig für einen Kurzurlaub, da man ja doch in einer fremden Stadt/Land ist und den Verkehr nicht bestens einschätzen kann. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit ❤️

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse, agréable. Fouzia est très réactive et disponible. l'environnement est très paisible et agréable les attentions sont très appréciées je recommande

Absolutely perfect location, private but also in the middle of everything. The louvre, gardens, and so many cafes are within walking distance. The metro is also very close. We look forward to visiting again.

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
