House holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the nice stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

We were very happy Roland and Sophie were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The detached house is well organized and clean located in a nice quiet area. The location is great for getting to the center of Paris by subway. We highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in Françoise's studio! A loving and very individually furnished apartment with bohemian flair. For us, it was the perfect retreat in bustling Paris. The location of the studio is very quiet and the courtyard is a small, green oasis. It's also great that you can get everything you need for your daily needs on foot right on your doorstep. Bus and metro are also very close. The contact with Françoise and her neighborhood was extremely friendly❤️. We would have liked to stay longer...

Beautiful and quiet apartment close to the metro, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Bakery and supermarket in the street and many more shops and restaurants around the corner. The apartment is really very nice and beautiful, perfect for a larger group or, as with us, for a large family. You are in a nice neighborhood with a lot of Indian shops, so it's really Paris! There is life on the street, but once inside it is quiet and private. Vincent is fast and flexible and we had a great time.

Very nice accommodation and above all super clean. Everything you could wish for a stay + extremely nice Hosts who answered questions directly and helpfully. I can only recommend it 😃
