Small studio at the back of a small building, garden side with private terrace Self check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The studio is in the countryside and very quiet. The property has secure PRIVATE PARKING at no extra cost It has been refurbished, it is very well insulated (warm in winter, cool in summer). Individual gas heating. It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Very nice accommodation with great kitchen and bathroom in a fantastic location by the river and public transport. Wi-Fi is not available, was ok for us, as everything else is great. Getting into the apartment with 3 codes is time-consuming, but feasible. We can recommend it. Very clean.

Thank you again Vincent for your hospitality. We had a great time in this apartment. The view is truly magnificent, both day and night - a real pleasure every day! We particularly appreciated the possibility of parking for free downstairs of the residence, it's a real plus. The apartment was perfectly suitable for the 4 of us, the sofa is very comfortable. Everything was perfect, thank you again!
